OR! if you don't have a paypal because you don't have a bank account / credit card, walmart has this awesome card that you load money onto, the minimum is i believe $25 and there's a $3 charge everytime you load, but i think it's worth if for someone who doesn't want a credit card. You can add this card to your paypal and then you'll be able to have one!
