Sorry for late response. The difference between member and contributor is that memebers are allowed to submit 3 pieces of artwork a week, while contributors can submit 1 drawing per day - contributos are also trusted members that we do not have to check of the artwork is okay to submit (so we trust that they know the rules). So basically being a contributor brings more responsibility but you can submit art more often (this is good if you're a professional artist and draw many finished pieces in a week which are all equal in quality so that it's hard to choose which ones are the best to submit)
