I'm hoping to draw stuff like that someday. Though thinking Sci-Fi I'm thinking about a sleek translucent white design.

I think I'm going to make some more poor sketches of it. Probably try and upload it later.

A Sci-fi battle suit. It's solid white with blue linings that surround it... the design... hmmmm... It's made for humans but has a very.. other-worldly feel to it.

I hope the Begining Drawing mini-course I'm going into will pay off. At least enough to get me started. I usually have the most trouble with the beginings. I tend to do just fine once the start is out of the way.

Wow, rhar sounds like something cool! I really hope you succeed and manage to throw it together! It's true; the first step is the hardest, but once you break that barrier it's a real wild ride!!

I still have a ways to go.

I took a beginners art: and I've gotten to the point where it's just a matter of practice.

I actually came out with a couple pretty good looking drawings.

I just have yet to start again.

Keep practicing! Post up some of those drawings; I'd like to see them

Hahah. They're charcoal and too large for the scanner.

I'll see about it: but it looks like it's gonna be difficult with the ones I have.

Stick with any course you can grab, man, anything helps... I'd love to have time for studying some more live drawing and such, but there's always work to do...

I'll be really curious to see your designs... I'm more into the retro look because I love textures (besides, I can't do sleek, I always have to add details, my fractal mind)

Heheh. Cool.

There are plenty of ideas. The sleek design has evolved a little. By now I'm starting to develop a character. The Exodius. The alias of a guy in very powerful and strange armor who has this belief which he bases all his actions in combat on: "It's not enough to win. You want nothing left of your enemy but a skull nailed to a fence post so everybody understands the cost of crossing you."

But now I've started getting some other designs in my head. Stuff I thought up earlier but never even tried to create. They are more of a clockwork design. Lots of brass, decorative silver and gears and glass displays. In fact: one is already in there. Heheheh.

Yeah. I find retro looks fairly interesting too. I'll tell you when I remember absolutely what retro is. All I remember is that it's a technology based design and is not futeristic. Anyway: if you want to see some of my designs, there are a few poor sketches in my scraps area.
