Nice beams of light through those clouds =)
I notice there's this faint blue.. blob, down on the middle. Bad result from scanning?

Concerning the border.. The pink hurts my eyes ;p I'd recommend using a bit more neutral tones.. Like a simple black or white one. Or, a very thin inner line in white, then a larger black one outside that. (or the other way around. thin inner black, larger outer white). In my eyes, the method with that thin inner border kind of "holds" the image together.

actually, this is a recent photo, after you reccomended it, I had the photo developers scan the photo's and get a CD ... This is straight off the CD, never had to go through my crappy scanner ... as far as the blue blob ... I don't see it ... there is some blue in the clouds, I don't know the names of the different cloud formations, but there were some fairly dense clouds high up with the holes through them ... and that made some of the clouds look like dark storm clouds in the shadows ... realy cool effect, I just wish I had some different film in the camera like 200 speed or something ... oh well, maybe next time ... as far as the border, thanks ... I couldn't get it to look the way I wanted it to, so I decided to screw around and make a really off border just to make one

Hm.. maybe your monitor is set a bit too dark? I see a blob/spot at the bottom. Almost exactly in the middle. I guess it's an lense/exposure issue then. but it's there. Anyway, it should be easy to get rid of with some simple editing =)

and about bordering.. what software do you use for editing?

in the smaller view I do see a little bit of a blue circle, but that looks like it is because of the way the light is comming through the clouds. In the middle of the photo there is a small cloud in front of a larger one and the light is striking the larger cloud with more intensity than the little one.

as far as the border, I used MS Paint
:)
