No unfortunately :[ The file type is tailored for Illustrator, but you can always use the .jpeg files and the "define pattern" option to make them into pattern files :]
Where are the jpeg files? I don't have Illustrator and wonder if you could make available in file format png or jpg? I tried online converter ai to jpg and png but it failed...
