Hypercam2, is what I have. It's a free download but you can get a subscribed one, if that's what it's called. You can download it at the official HyperCam website. The free version has an annoying |HyperCam2| logo at the top left hand corner of all videos, but the purchased version does not.
There are different settings you can have, as far as speed, frames per seconds also that you can toggle. Also available in French, German, Japanese and Polish.
