So do you prefer Sai to Photoshop? I've heard a lot of mixed opinions on people who've used both.
Sai is a nice program. I don't know if I've fully gotten used to it. It's a bit of a mixed reaction. Kind of like eating two different brands of the same food. One or the other have their special tastes. They're both fairly decent.
Sai has a smoothing function which makes lineart and sketching very flowy and very intuitive. I feel like the interface isn't all that user friendly. At least for me. Photoshop doesn't have smoothing and some people hate how jittery it can be if you don't have steady hands. I like it though since I feel I have more control over the brushes.
