Thank you. What do you think should be improved? I thought about a nice little figure at the fence and some colour adjustment.

I disagree, you posted it because you felt ok with it, therefore, there's no room for improvement, artwise! Sounds to me like trying to give advise to VanGogh, it's not perfection, it's feelings! Will say that till my goodbye day! ;)

Of course you are right, Javier! But anyway, I thought about a extended version before I posted my contribution. I don't care about the little wrong perspectives too much but look forward to an oriental night scene with - maybe - the princess looking out for her love with a view to the far horizon. Only she w ill not be made from fractals. Well, parts maybe. Just wait and see! ;p

With the sphere thingee and the 'brazier thingee' that its floating above there is something not right about the perspective and/or shading compared to the floor/walls. Perhaps the perspective angle on the 'brazier thingee' is too flat an angle compared to the floor. Likewise, the plants (which are nice) somehow don't match with the floor perspective. Don't get me wrong, I like the objects in the image a lot, its just really tricky I think to combine such things in a consistent scene with a single perspective and lighting. And its not like you are totally off either. Your idea of adding a figure seems like a good one as well. If it was me, I'd probably add a figure at the fence and take away the wave/splash. Of course, I can't draw or paint so its not like I could make something this nice in the first place. :P

Thank you very much for your open words. I think you are right in what you said. I am working on a revised version of this collage and I will take a little attention to some technical parts, too! Thanks again.

You are very welcome and thanks for taking what I said in the nice way that I meant it. Its easy for people to misunderstand the sort of thing I said and be hurt, but know that when I offer someone an honest opinion, it means that I respect them, but that I am taking a chance of making a mess (I know cause its happened before).

Be well and best wishes with your work on this, its quite cool already :D

Don't worry! I am always hungry for review because you get the unique chance to learn from that! But I know it is a problem sometimes. People prefer recognition because they can feel good about it. I prefer to stay honest if I can.
