Are those blades actually in the game and I never noticed them before?

No it's only a Display ID :/ Those blades can be seen on some Sunwell NPC.
The in-game blade with this 3D model is the "Dragonscale-encrusted longblade", found on Kalecgos
and it is blue/green.
