Even though the sword was steel rather than cold iron, he was run through, so that still would have been bloody painful, right? (Perhaps at least while it was inside him and on entry and exit.) Because, melodramatic faint aside, Jareth was pretty chill about the whole thing and didn’t really look to be in much pain to me. That said, I must admit that I loved his attitude about the whole thing. =D Jareth opening one eye from his sprawl to peer up at her as he declares her a spoilsport is wonderful. ^^ You’ve done this whole arc so very, very well, and I love all the detail and depth you’ve put into it. Jareth’s vacillations between his good side and his evil side are wonderful, and I love his explanations throughout. ^^

Also, Sarah being the one to pull the sword out gives me the idea that she was having it ready-at-hand to take a swing at him herself should he continue causing them all pain and grief. And I do love how she placed a foot on his chest to keep him down too. It fits so very well. ^^

(And I adore how you did his eyes in the second last panel – they are gorgeous. ^^)
