Well... to me... cannibalism isn't really a fetish. So, because I don't really see it that way, I cannot think of it in the terms you want to apply.

I gotcha. I guess i looked at it more so not such much the hunger aspect, but the drive to do something and developing an ecstacy for it without being able to control it. The cannibal wants to love, but he also has this indescribable tendency to eat her and it pains him but he does it anyway.
I've never really thought of cannibalism in that way...
