so I just go to the mirror and try draw myself that was my anatomy lesson 
and also I didint know how to draw heands so I look at my headns and try to draw them You have your girlfriend and you can "use" her as your model. if you have problems with women's heands or other part of body just ask her to be your model and draw her hihi
