(1-3) Great start, man! Right from the last panel of page 1 it made me curious to check the rest. I like how you managed to balance the pages with so many panels in them, and still make them look great as a whole. Are you hand-lettering these? The font works great with the linework, so I suppose so... looking forward to seeing how things develop!

It does make a difference-- I haven't hand-lettered my comics because of not liking my letters very much, and being lazy to work them up until I like them enough, but there's no comparision, I think, when someone takes the effort to hand-letter their pages instead of having someone else doing so, or using a computer font... what pen do you use for the letters, Daniele? As of now I'm using a crappy Serbian 0.5 ink pen. But usually I use either a Pilot V5 Hi-Tecpoint (uses liquid ink, and is good for more edgy lettering - and is also great for drawing), or a 0.4 Staedtler Pigment Liner (good for smoother lettering). When doing digital stuff instead, I use the main brush with a size of 12 or 15, and a hard pressure sensitivity
Well the results look great!-- I didn't think you were using pens like those (I though it probably was some type of crow quill that you were using). In my experience using that type of pens, I usually get these stiff, lifeless lines-- though of course it's the hand and not the tool. Do you hand-write the texts when working all-digital as well...? Pheew...! I've had a tablet for the last 3 years, but I only use it for coloring lineworks that I scanned-- adjusting the pressure of the pen is already beyond my knowledge there. What I sometimes like though, it's working all digital when making roughs-- I haven't been able to get results that I like very much, but it's very fun doing so.

) because I wanted to learn to paint digitally, and this looked like a cool inspirational place. I eventually got back to my love for comics, but while I was going digital and learning from tutorials and such, I was astounded at the quality of some people's roughs, and by the short amount of time they used to make them

The very detailed ones, I don't really have much of an interest in, but I really like when someone can make something cool with some lines and stains used in nice ways.
