Only if you'd been brought back to life before, everyone that got forced into Being a Black Lantern while they were alive in Blackest Night had at some point in time Died. Superman, Wonderwoman, Superboy, Animal Man, Donna Troy, Oliver Queen, Bart Allen, Every single one of them had at some point in time died and been tied to death as a result. This allowed the Black Lantern rings to take command of them without needing to consume their hearts in the first place. Hal Jordan and Barry Allen only barely escaped being taken possession of because Barry jumped them .05 seconds into the future making the rings lose their targets for .05 seconds and causing them to shut down.
