Comment on Radiamentary by NanaBuluku

It's been a long time since I've updated any of my themes because every theme engine/gtk update keeps breaking them. As we are drawing closer to Ubuntu Precise LTS I will revamp and update Radiamentary and Elements. I haven't played around with the unity panel theming for a while so I'm not sure if something has changed but to the best of my knowledge adjusting the background color in unity.css should do it. I;ll have a poke around and see if I can make something happen
