At any rate, it's glad to see someone making props like this, although it should've been bigger, then again, TF2's not really continuty friendly. 
Yeah, I saw some guy who was dressed as Medic and his prop was really cool too and in real life size. If my flamethrower would've been bigger, I don't know how could I live, it was really heavy. XD My arms were really aching.. I should work out more. :'D
Yeah, I think that'd be a problem. Try plastic companents, maybe? Just don't make Nastascha, health and saftey and all that.
Have to keep that in mind. Haha, sure. : D
