SPEAKING OF COMICS... it's not a secret so I can tell you... Our next anthology's theme is going to be "twisted fairy tales". I thought that might interest you in case you'd like to participate. Ghost tales did so well We're going to keep doing them every year now 
It's not going to start right away (maybe in june-ish), but something to think about 
Well anyway, with our comics, if we were going to sell whole sale, we're going to either do something like -50% of retail profit (like if cost is 2$, retail is 4$ whole sale is 3$) or something close to that. So if you do offset printing that price can vary quite a bit for different sized orders because of the cost of offset printing going down for larger bulk orders and stuff. Print on demand is harder to give better discounts because there is no price breaks. Print on demand is what we have to do because we have no place to store boxes of comics and so we have to do smaller print runs
Once we get a studio (soon?) we're going to switch to offset and get some better bulk pricing. Not that Ka-blams pricing is bad! It's actually quite awesome, but still I want to have a skid of comics delivered to my house at least once 
One of the cloudscape members Vanessa (cloudscape is the comic society here in Vancouver [link] ) did an awesome series of videos on how to make comics and the last part deal with wholesale and printing and distributors [link]

All great info. Thanks for pegging all that for me! I have been considering sticking to e-book version of Rapunzel at the moment. It's such a short comic so far that it'd be pointless to print it unless I get a few more fairy tales done and then went for a larger bound book. We'll see how it goes! It is yet another project on my long to-do list. x_x

We should start a group for recovering Project Fairies...but I fear that would just be perpetuating bad habits! XD

We're so Stoked with how Ghost tales looks we're just silly with excitement on the next anthology

We're looking at rending shared studio space with a few co-workers! NOT keeping all our stock in 2 big suitcases is too big of a dream! LMAO!
