The only way to handle twisted sick people like Jhiaxus is satire, unless you manage to have them jailed. But of course they are usually protected by influent mechs like Nova Prime (which requires his debaucheries as well, see "A New Beginning").

He is indeed, ad Ibai gratly expanded the concept in his "Paradise Lost": just one panel with Jhiaxus experimenting on the Lunars told an entire story about him!
Yup, I remember that panel, where Jhiaxus performed vivisection on a Lunar. He's certainly not a guy I'd like to meet
