Thanks they are my cousins favourite so i did it for her birthday! Well the 'custard' you can see is just rolled icing put around the middle and inside is buttercream and jam!
Brilliant - that accounts for the perfect smoothness of the white custard! I love your idea so much, that I may well have to make giant cake versions of other biscuits...
