I know exactly what shotacon means and what weeaboos are saying when they call a picture they made shota, I don't need schooling in the definition. I have never seen a chibi referred to as shota/shotacon. I have never seen young pokemon or digimon characters referred to as shota (unless someone draws them suggestively, or tries to portray them in a really childlike light that the pedos galore (shota fans) find sexy and normal people find innocent). I would like you to name one popular manga or anime that is referred to by the mangaka as shotacon that isn't romantic, and if you can find one you should be able to find ten. ... Which is true. Real childporn is REAL children being exploited. Fictional work is not real children, sexual or not. When something is 'fluffy' it is not sexual at all, usually not even romantic or anything of the sort. So I don't see your point here.
