I'll say she is skinned alive against the road in under 10 steps. XD The surface is not very smooth much. 
naaah i dont think so Lilys pets are way way tougher than your avrage humans ^^ i mean to be her pet you need super strenght and a powerfull body XD
This world is full of amazing people ... to bad for them. XD Really the guy should be using that super strength and breaking that leash while he has the chance. D: This is survival of the fittest here. Not very heroic I know.

I agree it won't be enough to get him anywhere, but as someone who sees himself doing dumb things like trying to escape in the same circumstance, these tinies should still do what they can, even if it is hopeless! XD

How sad would it be if she somehow accidentally killed him during the process of finding him? His body is strong you say, but strong enough to survive being crushed beneath the tonnes of debris of the entire city as she tears the place apart looking for him? XD She'd really be devastated for not being able to kill him her own sadistic way if she found him already dead I imagine.
