The silhouette of a high voltage Jurassic Park electric fence with palm trees could work certainly, and the use of the dinosaur signs could work as well, customized of course for the species not depicted on screen. Custom logos for each animal could be cool, and the Jurassic Park entrance gate could certainly be used as well if you feel so inclined to use it. If I can think of something good, I'll tell you. Carlosdino would be a good person to go to about doing backgrounds, he's got some really good ideas that may be of interest. The trailerlab could be used in the background for the T-Rex InGen File I think and or the high hide could be used in its place.
I tried to turn a picture of the Jurassic Park gates into a silhouette but it didn’t turn out so well, so I scrapped that idea. But I have high hopes for a silhouette of the electric perimeter fence... I’m thinking a silhouette of palm trees and the T-rex skeleton from the logo for the background of the Tyrannosaur InGen File, and the same thing only with a Spinosaurus skeleton for the Spinosaur InGen File...

The InGen Files Logo looks very good when looked at one its own, no need to change that. Like what you are proposing for the background though.

I like the idea of the fossil silhouettes for the animals. On your updated Segisaurus, the tree background looked very good and the plant behind the dinosaur looked like a nice touch as well.
I think I might add more foliage to future InGen Files. In the Segisaurus File the plant was mainly there for size comparison, to show that the animal was quite small (by dinosaur standards). It will look way better once colored! 
Definitely add a little more foliage to future InGen Files, and I eagerly forward to seeing them in color.
You’re right it definitely livens the image up, and gives the viewer a rough estimation of size...
