No problem and you do an amazing job with the Okami cakes and the other cakes you do. It's very impressive. :)

Thanks.....it's been a long and testing time teaching myself to the stage I'm at now...(about 10 years!)
It would have been alot easier to go on a course or something, but I've only ever made cakes for fun....and a few orders..:)

No problem and the self-taught form of art is always the best in my opinion. It allows you to go through more trial and error processes that way. Also, it is always good to do stuff for fun and the occasional order/commission.

Very true indeed......it also means that you create your own style and not your tutors.
..I think that if it was a profession, I wouldn't be able to maintain the attention to detail.....or enjoy what I do as much.

Yeah. It's always good to create your own style and not adjust to that of someone else.

If it were a profession, it would mean that things would be harder to maintain and it would be difficult to get things done the way you want it within the deadline time period.
