Thanks thats means a lot from an artist of your standard!! I've done a little basic comic colouring from time to time on personal commissions but that was my first go at digital paints. haha, I've still go a loooong way to go before i get anywhere near your level but will have fun learning 
Maybe I was being unrealistic with how long i thought it would take me... Id be interested to know roughly how long you spend on your artwork??

You've got skills for sure! Ah, when I go for a bit more realistic look, it can take days. Usually a bigger piece, full body or such, take more than 25 hours, but it all depends on the level of detail, of course. Really, there's no limit to how much time I can spend on a piece, the goal is to be satisfied, and for me that can take... a looong time. Don't know how much help that babbling was. Guess I'm trying to say is: realism takes a long time to get right, unfortunately. But then, I'm also a slow painter.

I think I’m just going to take as much time as I need to make sure it comes out how I want it to and hope I speed up as I learn more. I look forward to seeing more of your work too... I find art like this really inspirational and a good marker for where I’d like to be one day.
