Comment on Pokemon Trainer Meme by Samurai-Akita

So, I drew all the pictures in Paint Tool Sai, saved each one as a jpg file. Then I opened the meme in GIMP (something like photoshop) and drag and droped the pictures onto the meme. I had to resize the pictures, the original ones are Huuuuge o___O

I've tried placing things in GIMP, but I can't figure out how to move the placed picture around or do anything with it...It just kinda sits there on top of the other image right in the middle and stays there. ><

Oh, okay then...
On the top of the frame (besides file and such) is something called "layer" there you can for example rsize the actual layer (you can see the layers on the right window of GIMP. And the left window is the tool kit. There's one symbol which looks like arrows in all four directions. Click that and now you can move the picture.
Paint Tool Sai is an awesome art program which concentrates less on effects and such but more on the drawing/painting part.

That isn't doing anything. 
Don't I need to use the rope tool to select the subject? Then do something with the background and actually putting it in the back...
Don't I need to use the rope tool to select the subject? Then do something with the background and actually putting it in the back...You should at first save the blank meme on your desktop. Open it with GIMP. Then drag and drop other pictures into the same file. They'll appear as new layers which you can move wherever you want.
