Wonderful! Is it possible to do a cut out cover? Like have the cover bound in leather with a square cut out to reveal the central image on the underlying page? I'll have to compress the image onto one layer for the printing, but ideally, the cut out style is what I'd envisioned for the cover design... 
It can be done. It is very difficult though. Especially if it is leather bound and the opposite side is marbled paper.
The die cut has to have either a panel insert or a groove cut to allow for fold-in.

I'm not hoping for marbled paper, just a plain parchment style inside, if that makes it any easier?
