I've forgotten the name, but it was a book about a young elephant raised as a human boy by an old lady. One page looked virtually identical to this deviation, albeit with entirely different characters.

Similar, it's possible the most popular Babar storybooks were even done by the same artist as the one I'm thinking of. They're definitely in a similar style. Old lady even looks the same.
