Yes. Paypal will take credit and debit cards. When you go to the checkout page on PayPal there is a box that says “Don’t Have a Paypal Account?” You can click this link and use your credit card to pay.
If you don’t see the credit card link, try deleting all the cookies and hit the checkout button to go to PayPal. PayPal normally figures out if you have a PayPal account or not from the cookies on your computer.
