I'm still skeptical about the nature of those hind-limbs; for all we know, they may have belonged to a 13 meter specimen, and so restoring it as a 16 meter one makes it look a bit low to the ground...
Would make sense, tho, you don't need to be 4 meters tall to fish from the surface...
In any case, I agree with you in the last point, we need more original and accurate Spinos.

I'm not 100% on the hind limbs either, but mu aim with these is to pretty much go with the general consensus and short limbs seem to be all the rage at the moment; and no, you don't need to be 4 meters tall to reach the surface of the water
