Hehe, I spent a good portion of yesterday afternoon playing Skyrim (and most of the morning reading the beginning of the guide on skills/perks, etc.). I am really annoyed with how easy it is to get stuck in the environment (no really, I had to stop and load my saved game several times because I was wedged into the environment) but otherwise it's really cool. I love the fact that you don't pick a class. You just do what you like and you build up your character as you play. And I like that you level by building your skills and not the other way around.
That said, I did notice that it's an awful lot like Fallout 3. Only fantasy instead of post-apocalyptic. It doesn't take away from the fun, though.
