Wow, this is really beautiful! I just love the super detail aspects here- could I ask if this was a higher resolution before it became 1102x552?
The water, stone, river techniques... and the beautiful fancy markings in the trees in the distance and the foreground are wonderful together. I see such fine animal art detail everywhere, and it's great. The foxes up on the far left, with the color scheme matching, stand out because of your sense of motion in the depiction.
It's very interesting to see how the front and back covers would work together for CD cover art.
And I use CS4, also.

Oh yeah, way larger than 1102x552. I always work in about 5000xsomething when drawing, it's so much easier to get the details in. :3
That's interesting to know, I'll definitely keep that strategy in mind!
