Can you please outline the differences with Kol's VistaXP ?
Looks good, but I'm not sure how do I install it on my PC. I've already patched uxtheme.dll, but that doesn't seem to work. Anything else I need to do?

Follow the instructions when you patch the uxtheme,

Then place the theme in C:\recources\themes\
and double click on the skin icoon.

should have put some effort into it to make the title bar and borders match up, and credited the authors of the original skins
