Hehe, thank you. I just use the default brushes that it already had when i downloaded the program. I draw the rough shape with paintbrush, then i fill with color using the airbrush, i use the smudge tool the most, to blend in the shadow and light, i love drawing eyes the most

I must say, i prefer the shiny version to the normal color though, i was pleasantly surprised when i Googled her to check how to color mine

I LOVE THE SHINY VERSION MORE AS WELL XD <3 XD i never payed much attention to celebi until it appeared in PMD sky o__o....and then i was like HOLY MOTHER RCFYGVUBHNJ I NEED TO GET ONE XD ;3 and yah XD my face was like.....O___O like yours i think when i saw celebi shiny xD....just like palkia 8D <3 pink pink pink baby! XD
Haha, its a nice color the shiny is, i like painting pink Pokemon, it blends into other colors nicely, shiny is awesome!
