Things I notice in this picture:
Two face has a complete set of 2s, which makes fun of the fast that he has 2 personalities.
Mad hatter is looking up at his hat, suggesting he's waiting for the right time to exchange it with one of the cards in his hands. Either that or he's his cards are reminding him that he failed to defeat bat man with his "other" cards.
The Riddle seems to have a minus sign in front of the question on his tie, which I don't have the faintest clue to the meaning of it.
I see that Quinn has a joker card in her hand, and judging by the slight tilt of her head and Poison Ivy trying to comfort Quinn, Harley is mourning for her loss of someone special.
Finally, I notice that Penguin is just...well, grumpy, nothing more.

maybe the way 2Face & Ivy are grilling each other cautiously yet with contempt. if you've ever seen the episode this pic's inspired by, you'll remember these lines:
2Face: (after Ivy greeted him) "half of me wants to strangle you!"
Ivy: "...and the other half?"
2Face: "hit you with a truck!!!"
Ivy: (to the rest of the group) "we used to date...!"
I'd say taht the two fingers holding up the cards are an offensive gesture which suggests his anger with being defeated, but that's stretching it!
You may be on to something, but I also notice that penguin has only 2 cards, what would be the meaning of it?
