I did but they really, really sucked.
The GITD is a bit of a dissapointment too, the paint itself has a disgusting cheap texture, and I ended up mixing it with white acrylic. It's a lot less strong, but at least now dust and hair don't stick to it.
My experience with glow in the dark stuff is not a pleasent one.
