I think what Kabuto means is killing him won't actually dissolve the jutsu. The Edo Tensei revived corpses will still be around just not under his command.

The main reason people say it will be Sasuke vs Kabuto is for Sasuke to kill off a character for no reason other then a mild dislike to show how violently dangerous he's become.
