Yes, she is threading starwberries. That is the best way to eat them but it is such a pain to sit there and thread each tiny berry on a straw, so I figured it was a neat idea to let PinYin use her magic to get it done

i think i vaguely remember threading strawberries
i do recall picking blueberries in our backyard when they were in season and my Mormor always wanted to know when they were ready to be picked so she could come over and pick them to make homemade blueberry jam :9
