Nice work. You're off to a good start.
I've noticed a few things that could use some more work. The bridge of the nose is too wide and that's pushing the eyes too far apart. The chin is too small. His upper left arm is a bit too short. His fingers aren't curling around the form of the mask, so it makes the mask look flat. Also, a tip for the future-- you don't need to draw every strand of hair. It's a lot more convincing to divide hair into locks and draw those, then give each lock a little bit of shading and texture. You've done a good job with costume design, and he definitely looks like he'd fit into the Naruto world. The extra details like the patch and tear on the cloak and the skull-and-crossbones on the pouch are a nice touch.
