no inks straight to colors. although my inker nickelboy [link] is planning on inking this for one of his upcoming artbooks. since the book doesn't have inks, i'm trying to stick with the same motif on the promo illos. i have a few colorist in mind that have handle pencil to colors very well. but i do appreciate the notice and the inking input. may have to drop a illo ur way.

I can't argue that. I love the crispness of a old fashioned inked piece but now when I do pages I digitally ink them and go right to color. Less time consuming and it saves money [from the perspective of paying for both those services]. Even now when I do ink pin-ups I use microns instead of radpidgraphs and brushes.

when i used to ink it was mostly brush, unless i need a crisp line i broke out the microns and radpidgraphs. but that was in the 90's. haven't did mush inking since . i decide i wanted to sharpen up my pencils. so i've been working to get my pencils sharp enough to go straight to colors.
