AH you are an amazing inspiration - -I've done some stuff this year but haven't uploaded any of it! ..
Just wondering if you've ever thought to do a process shot - - not necessarily a tutorial, but just to see the stages you do first etc.
Also - I use watercolour but have had no professional advice -- do you spray anything before/after to preserve it, etc. ? I'm never really sure if I should.
ALSO sorry to be annoying but ever since your 'Moonlight Sonata' I've been mesmerised by the way you do backgrounds, and backgrounds like this ^^ - what techniques do you use to get the blue sky to do that - - as in, be a bit cloudy and patchy in places? - - do you use salt or just drain the colour afterwards? (or have you painted over it? Though it doesn't look as though you've painted over it..)
- the really shiny stars, do you use a paintbrush for them or a pencil? (as in, the ones that have lines coming from them) I am also brought to wonder what the dimensions of this piece are ? -- there's so much detail!
And I totally love this dress more than the movie etc. Everything about this is so ethereal - I'm in love with your background. And your skill. She actually looks like a fallen star. <3 Thank you so much for this! xxx Merry Christmas eve!! :rose:
