Well since I have never given point commissions I have looked up what others charge for them and the price is quite high for a full DIN A5 chibi illustration including a background like that. That was 10 to 15 hours work since I work really diligent and as detailed as possible. Therefore I'd charge 850 
which is not even the lowest price in people charge for something like that since you also get an original resolution scan per mail as well but you have to promise me you'll only use it privately and don't upload it somewhere claiming you drew it!! The price usually goes from 1000 up to 1800 or even more. We can also talk about the price of course!! 
How much are you willing to pay or is that alright with you since I already tried to make it as cheap as possible (and don't even earn 100 points per hour of drawing what to be honest would be the minimum for an illustrator)?

wow 15 hours i s a lot! dont worry, 'chibi' isnt really what i draw so i'd never claim its mine, ill send the points as soon as i upload a reference for him
Yeah it truly is although it doesn't look like it. Upload the referance, tell me one you did and explain what you exactly want me to draw (it depends sometimes everything is given and sometimes only a character is given and the artist shall think of the rest by herself like szene and background). About the I'd prefer that you keep them meanwhile and when the picture is done I'll tell you and once I received the points I'll upload it and mail and it to you!! ^^
