Do you mean payment? You dont apply for a job based on payment. You apply by sending in your reel and resume. If they like your work, they'll call you and schedule an interview. When they offer you a job then you can talk about money. Salaries vary from studio to studio and artist to artist. You can find a salary survey on The Animation Guild website.
Oh I meant like, if you apply at 5 studios, about what are the chances of getting in? (1 of them, 2, none, etc?)

That depends. Are the studios hiring? Is your work good enough/do they like it? How does it compare to the other reels they've recieved? Etc. When I finished school, I applied to 20 studios and heard back from 2, lol.
