Her left foot is actually planted on the branch, unlike her right.

A stretched out toe lengthens the legs, making the legs appear longer than they actually are. (Look at the ankles and compare the knee to ankle ratios.) She's not planting her left foot like her right.

I do believe the leg looks a tad bit meatier like you stated, but that's probably it's cuz of a slight shading error than the drawing itself that I can correct.
