I also know how to spell, and I understand grammar, and I'm generally pretty good with the English language, unlike most people you probably hear from. I understand your frustration. I just loved your artistic rendering of that character as Snow White. I'm also much older than most of the people that you deal with. I know that dealing with young people who can't spell their own characters' names can be frustrating, but you still need to treat people as people and not give up on them when they may not understand what's really going on.))
