The helmet I can kinda see, but overall this doesn't look better than the one in Skyrim, and certainly not Obivion.

Maybe some more detailed opinion? Oblivion was going for a generic gothic knight, while Skyrim... I don't even know what they were going for.

It looked vaguely draconic to me.

Okay, Oblivion was hardly generic. That one looked fantastic. Now Skyrim, they were going for a more chaotic look, something that just screamed evil. Morrowind though, I don't see.

Okay, you can disagree with me, but there is no reason to be a dick about it.

They took Sauron's armour from LotR and made it red and black. What an explosion of creativity. Maybe it would be more appealing if not every other bandit was wearing it...

Okay, are you really going to argue about this? Alright then, you tell me; What's the appeal of the morrowind set? Because to me it still has the spiky, dark and edgy look it has in the other games that you claim is so inferior.

First of all, Morrowind's Daedric armour is organic, which makes it stand out already and gives it both universal, and original in looks. All the plates look as if they might've actually been a product of Dremora's body (which is actually more or less stated in lore). The spikes and edges on Morrowind's Daedric seem in place, they're not just thrown on it like in Oblivion, but rather are an edge detail for the plates - thing that I tried to mimic in this concept. Spiky and edgy look wasn't what i disliked the most about Oblivion's Daedric though, it was the overall shape of it, which was just unoriginal, looked pretty much like every other fantasy armour. From what i remember, it also had chainmail underneath, which doesn't work with the organic feel of the armour at all. What really completed the looks in Morrowind were the many masks. Both making it look even more as if the armour was just another bodypart and giving it a lot of character, depending on which mask you've chosen. When you saw someone clad in Daedric armour in Morrowind you couldn't tell whether it was own body, or an armour, and I think that was the main strength of the set, which was lost in Oblivion completely.
