This is amazing! It looks like Gengar has been messing around with the Elekid for kicks, but that little electric Pokemon is about to unleash some wicked lighting!
Krokodile would have been a better choice or its final evolved form.

Gengar is poison and ghost. Krokodile and its forms are dark and ground. Ground beats poison and dark beats ghost.
BTW A good balanced type battle could be Nuzleaf VS Lampent or something
I'm well aware of the typing and advantages (then there is Gengar's levitate ability). What I was intending to make a point of was Gengar and his awareness of his power over this baby Pokemon. The power has made him arrogant, and this Elekid has had enough. I'd love to see the little Electric Pokemon dish out a "Psychic" or "Thunder" on the Ghost type and just watch it get totalled!
