About the mistakes...

This actually comes from a book just read, or the idea behind it anyway.

It's rediculous how hard we are on ourselves sometimes, because when we make a single mistake. We learn our lesson, we are punished. Justice is served so to speak, but how many times do WE beat ourselves up about the same mistake over, and over, and over? Far too many, that to me... is really injustice. It's not fair to us to keep something we've done on our concious for an extended period of time and let it effect daily life, it just isn't right. But we do it...

I personally can think of several examples for me atleast. It's sad. I need to start fresh everyday. Learn from the past, but not let it control you.

But it becomes habit, and unfortionately, 19 yers of habit is hard to break. But it's started day by day two weeks ago.
