Perhaps you didn't get my intent. What I said (wish a bit of sarcasm) was: carrying a flask doesn't make you a alcoholic any more than carrying a gun makes you a murderer. And I fully meant taking "hard alcohol" in the flask to any of the events I mentioned. Having a couple of pulls of bourbon around a campfire is no different than having a couple of beers.
