Needs a bit of polish, but that's mostly nitpicky little things.
I see one of your other readers beat me to the "Who said anything about safe?" epic Narnia line!
I would love to see MLP run with that concept with Celestia (especially) and Luna--Maybe in a feature-length setting, where the intensity wouldn't daunt the younger audience and would still give that stunning glimpse of a glorious Invictus revealed.
