Hey, you don't have to be a Nord to join the Stormcloaks.
My Wood Elf got screwed over by the Thalmor as a kid, and joined up with the Stormcloaks when the Empire didn't do squat.
But I think if a bunch of provinces joined up together, they could kick some SERIOUS Thalmor ass. They're the real problem.

Though he's got a point, knowing how racist the Stormcloaks are. I always oppose the Stormcloaks, because while I hate the Thalmor, I like the former even less.

Why don't they crown the DRAGONBORN emperor? It kind of makes sense considering he saved the world and ish... And could you think of how awesome that would be?

Better idea: Why not team up against the elves so we can kick their asses back to the Summerset Isle and can worship whatever gods we want?
True, but you've gotta consider:
Not ALL High Elves are assholes. The Thalmor are the ones ruining Skyrim and the Empire. Elves like Calcelmo and his nephew probably don't care a fig for the Thalmor, and wouldn't care if they left (it would also be a damn shame to see them go, as Calcelmo is bloody awesome). The same applies for Niranye in Windhelm; she gives no fudgeos whatsoever, she's just there to turn a profit.
You also have to consider other unnamed High Elven citizens, and all that jazz.
(But if by "elves" you mean the Thalmor exclusively then I'm blowing this all out of proportion MY BAD >.<)

Because the Stormcloaks are too stupid to know that Ulfric's cause is unjust.But from the Imperial's perspective, I got no idea.
Though it would be nice for Dovahkiin to be able to park his/her half-dragon butt on the royal throne. The daedra would be so proud.
